APT Best Breaky Recipe

Andrea’s Bircher recipe - I am happily addicted to this, have it most mornings and it’s the first time I have ever shared my special recipe. It has become an easy and enjoyable ritual and I usually pop a teaspoon of Collegen powder from the ‘Holistic Ingredient’ in, gives it a yummy raspberry tang.

If I am training or teaching very early - I make it - have a couple of mouthfuls with a freshly made coffee - put it back in the fridge . Then I enjoy the rest after my workout - it’s just sitting there ready whenever that is. Recipe HERE
